James F. Neely, Jr.
Pilot-in-Command


James is a 2012 American Graduate University Alumnus. A pilot with an entrepreneurial mindset for excellence in service. He is the founder and Remote Pilot-in-Command (RPIC) at Aerial Point of View (APOV) Solutions, LLC, which is one of a few Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) service providers based in Central Indiana.  APOV operates under Part 107 via a UAS Remote Pilot-in-Command (RPIC) certificate issued by the FAA.  Prior to launching APOV Solutions, James spent 6 years at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base as a Logistics Manager in Dayton Ohio prior to moving to the Central Indiana area. He now works as a remote pilot in the Greater Indianapolis, Indiana area. In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his wife, working out, serving as a production assistant at his church and volunteering in community service projects.
